Remote Support
Many times an email, phone call, or even a few searches on the Internet will get you the help that you need, but occasionally getting live help from someone with your computer issues is the best solution.
In conjunction with some of the posts on this blog, Tech Help is looking at providing assisted support over the Internet. Doing this would require a nominal fee per incident for the support to allow any costs incurred to provide top quality service to be covered.
The goal is to provide support remotely for issues that would not need an onsite visit. When a support incident (or set of incidents) is purchased the coordination between the customer and support technician(s) would be handled via email or phone to set up the most convenient time to work together.
