About the site…
The techhelp blog was started as a place for information about user driven technical issues to be posted, making response to multiple questions easier and giving those looking for information a place they could return to reference anything they need.
Today it is still here for that purpose but the focus has changed slightly. This blog will focus on IT Management issues and solutions to help managers and their staff do their job better. Many of these topics, when software or fix related can be applied by anyone who reads this blog.
The change was made because my role has changed somewhat in day to day life and I was asked by Microsoft to create content for syndication. Doing this has expanded my audience and will hopefully help it continue to grow.
